Shaklee as a financial asset?

What if you could have the ability to earn extra money in asset income each month? What if you could have something to pass on to your children in the future?

The term “asset income” might be new to you. Asset income comes from an asset that generates income. This can come from things like stock dividends or bank CDs. Perhaps the most common way to earn asset income is through owning real estate.

But as we know, most of us can’t buy a rental home tomorrow. In fact, it would probably take quite a bit of investment (multiple properties, or more!) to bring in an extra $5,000 a month. The same goes with long term investments. You’d have to put aside $500/month for nearly 40 years to start earning that kind of cash!

I’d like to share another way to think about asset income: by becoming a Shaklee distributor.

This is exactly what I did years ago when my family and I invested in Shaklee. As a distributor, I made the decision to re-direct my family’s spending to Shaklee products. This was an easy choice. I started using the products and immediately saw an incredible improvement in my health.

I then switched all our cleaning, laundry, personal care, skin care, and all nutritional products and herbal medicines to Shaklee. Backed by science and good for the environment, this was a win-win.

The next step was to share this same concept with others,  Because Shaklee is a social marketing company, it was easy to share with my friends and family, and in the first year, I started earning an extra $10k in income very part time.

Over the next 6 years,  I  introduced this simple concept of changing brands in order to create an asset income to more families. Then they introduced to other families and so on.  At this point I was able to fully replace my teacher’s salary.

In the years since, as Shaklee continues to be a leader in personalized nutrition and green products, my business has thrived and over the last 10 years it has grown to produce an income on average of $90- $100k each year. On top of this income growth, Shaklee also provided generous perks and incentives.  I have earned 3 bonus cars and 7 all-expense paid trips.

If you’re interested in learning more about how to turn Shaklee into asset income, let me know! In the next blog, I’ll go into a few more specifics on the products and the investment it takes.  Meanwhile you can check out the average earnings chart to learn more.
