Team Leader Spotlight: Lois

There are a lot of reasons why people start a Shaklee business on the side. Here is a new member of our team, Lois Leftwich, who eloquently describes why she upgraded from a Shaklee member to a distributor during the pandemic:

“I have been a Shaklee preferred customer since 2013. I started out using only the Life Shake to replace breakfast and some of the supplements. Over the years I have been adding more and more products including Clean Home and Youth Skin Care. I love everything I’ve tried and have a very Shaklee home now.

I just turned 65 this month and joined Medicare. I already receive a pension from Screen Actors Guild and will start receiving Social Security payments in another year. My acting career has currently stalled out due to COVID-19 and will be drastically different when and if it resumes. I have no idea how that will look, but I do know that I need to make at least an additional $2,500 a month to maintain the lifestyle I enjoy.

The world is too unpredictable to not have the certainty of a paycheck and I’ve had the answer to my financial uncertainty in front of me all along with the company that provides the products I already use and love. Then Shaklee did something even more wonderful by offering a stimulus package to help new distributors to jumpstart their business.

Well, starting my Shaklee business now was a no-brainer. The products practically sell themselves, I love them all so it’s easy for me to sing their praises with authentic enthusiasm.”
